TTx DNA Polymerase, our unique enzyme, has higher amplification efficiency than Taq DNA Polymerase, which is one of the most common polymerases, enabling efficient PCR even under fast cycling conditions and amplification with high efficiency from crude samples containing PCR inhibitors. In addition, since it has reverse transcription activity in the presence of Mn2+, it can be amplified with high amplification efficiency from both DNA and RNA.
