- Conventional 2D Process: Managing a variety of culture vessels such as T-175, Hyper Flask, Hyper Stack, and Cell Factory. We provide optimal freezing and storage conditions for mass products using CRF (Controlled Rate Freezer). To ensure safety of the transduced cell-line, we have established an irradiation system. You can select the appropriate type of irradiation according to your needs.
- 2D Automated Closed Platform: Kolon Biotech’s 2D Automated Closed Platform can manufacture adherent cells in large scale with competitive costs and minimum contamination risk. With an automated system using a machine manipulator, we can set up the operation conditions and minimize human error ensuring batch-to-batch consistency. This technology can provide a fully closed process from seeding to filling using welding system and Bag type filtration.
- 3D Bioreactor Process: Incorporating microcarriers into a 3D bioreactor, we cultivate cells to replicate natural tissue structures. This approach improves cell growth, interactions, and enables accurate results for advanced research and applications.
