NeoFlow™ Launches “AeroMesh Shield™” A New Near-Source PM2.5 Protection System for High-Dust Occupat

NeoFlow™ today announced the launch of its new “AeroMesh Shield™” near-source PM2.5 air-pressure dust suppression system, developed for dental laboratories, nail salons, precision grinding operations, and other high-dust close-proximity working environments.
Unlike conventional air-purification systems designed for whole-room air circulation, the NeoFlow™ AeroMesh Shield™ adopts a near-source protection approach by integrating localized directional airflow, negative-ion aerosol suppression, and ozone mitigation technologies. The system establishes a localized airflow protection layer during the early stage of dust generation to reduce PM2.5 exposure within the operator’s breathing zone.
The product also incorporates sensor-triggered automatic activation mechanisms that enable the system to operate according to working conditions, improving both energy efficiency and operational convenience. To address potential ozone byproducts associated with ion-based technologies, NeoFlow™ integrates localized ozone-control modules to improve respiratory safety during prolonged operation.
NeoFlow™ stated that future development will focus on intelligent occupational health protection platforms integrating PM2.5 monitoring, sensor-assisted control, and environmental protection technologies to establish next-generation respiratory safety standards for high-dust occupational environments.
