Exhibitor Profile

The "stretch-on Smart Tourniquet 2.0" was jointly developed by Prof. Ming-Che Chen from the Dept. of Electronic Engineering at STUST, Prof. Ying-Nien Chou from the Dept. of Chem. and Materials Eng., and Deputy Director Wei-Fang Wang from the Nursing Dept. of NCKU Hospital. The hospital provided clinical insights, while the two professors from STUST guided students to complete the project. This device detects tourniquet status without nurse input.
