Characteristic

 

In the process of cell culture virus as vaccine antigen, the production of virus antigen is often decreased for unknown reasons, which makes GMP manufacturing difficult. The development process of this technology starts from basic cell biology. By analyzing the genetic regulation mechanism of cell resistance and tolerance to viruses, the following three technical strategies are provided:
1. Cell isolates with different virus susceptibility
2. Production medium supplements that directly reduce cellular antiviral efficiency
3. A culture device that reduces cell aging and improves virus production efficiency (patent pending)
It can be used in virus seed preparation, medium-scale production lines and a large-scale bioreactor production according to the technology. This technology provides vaccine factories or users who need to produce viral particles for the purpose of increasing or stabilizing viral yields.
