This latest design provides a surgical guidance for scoliosis, comprising a U-shaped body and two force application parts, two fixation parts, two connecting parts mounted on the U-shaped body, and two sets of sleeves embedded in the left and right guided tubes. The U-shaped body and two fixation parts are used to be fixed in the spine, while the two guided tubes form pathways for the insertion of guiding wires into pedicles. The two sets of sleeves are used to continue screwing and to apply pressure from the two force application parts to the spine, aiming to restore the spine to its correct position.
