●The narrower heat-affected zone of the laser weld reduces the corrosion potential along the weld.
●Welds are cold worked and annealed to result in a full finished tube that has a straighter weld and finer grain structure.
●The first tube production plant that passed the U.S.A. ASME BPE certification(#101) in 2013.
●Fully compliant with 3A, BPE, ASME A249/A249M, and S7 ASTM(Weld corrosion test).
●The S7 ASTM test shows that laser-welded tubes consistently demonstrate less corrosion potential.
●Used in pharmaceutical grade for Water For Injection tube, Pure Water tube and Pure Steam tube.
