Characteristic

Superheated Water Shower method is an efficient process for the sterilization of sealed containers.
The process water is circulated through the sanitary pumps, and the heat exchanger in which uses Industry steam and Cooling water.
Circulation Pump is designed for high circulation performance. As heating, the temperature is consistent in rising and perfect distribution during the sterilization.
External heat exchanger is compliant to FDA with Double-Tube sheet or Plate.
Applications:
For glass bottles.
For instrument, solution, clothes, rubber, wrapped or unwrapped material sterilization.
For the membrane container, PE、PVC or PP materials sterilization.
For ampoule & vial bottles, glass bottle sterilization.
