Characteristic

 

Hot Air Sterilizer machinery designed according to the forced convection with the fast hot-air transmission circulation, also through HEPA filter to ensure the chamber air within class 100. When the hot-air is up to 170℃~260℃ in which the temperature inside of the chamber will be then reducing
gradually. Meanwhile, all the appliances, bottles, aluminum cover & rubber stopper are completely non-germ meeting cGMP regulations.

1. An absolute high temperature at 750℉ and high efficiency Hepa filter with DOP test in 99.97% ensure the chamber air being within Class 100, in where makes the bacterium quantities inside of the chamber are below 6 logs (10-6).
2. Intake and exhaust filters in 99.97% are options.
3. DOP validation hole is for QA people to test and inspect the air Pressure & particles.
4. A temperature validation hole is for QA people to test and inspect the FP/FH value of the chamber between the heating distribution & penetration. RS232 is available to connect the interface by the computer monitoring.
5. The empty temp. inside of the chamber should be sure within ±5℃ during sterilization process.
6. There's a Differential pressure gauge attached to the filter, on which could check up the pressure of two sides and the filter life.
