This still designed to meet FDA specification of Water for Injection. Meanwhile, according to the differs from the feed water that causing different
numbers of effects. The distillate resistivity quality is easy to obtain and its temperature is over 80℃ to avoid bacteria growing if the feed water at least is better than Deionized Water(DIW).

The supply water evaporates through the heat exchanger in the evaporator, and its latent heat is used to make the evaporation process go through a series of 180-degree rotations in the separator through the centrifugal cyclone obstruction plate device. It uses the power of its flow to force out particles and water droplets, so that the vapor leaving the baffle plate does not contain dissolved solids and pyrogens. The particles and water droplets will fall back to the bottom and then be heated. Through cooling and condensation exchange, the purified water vapor will be condensed into the required distilled water, and a three-way valve will be used to drain the water with unqualified purity to ensure the quality of the distilled water, and finally save it. to storage barrels for injection pharmaceutical purposes.
