ALA-3000 is a long-acting injection for treating treatment-resistant depression using Alar self-developed In-Relar sustained release drug delivery platform. Through steadily releasing therapeutic levels of ketamine without dose dumping, it is anticipated that ALA-3000 could reduce the incidence of ketamine-related adverse events and the post-administration observation period. Moreover, long-acting ketamine injection could also reduce the burden of drug administration, improving patients' medication adherence and convenience and diminishing the risk of drug abuse.
