In-Relar (in-situ rearrangement, long-acting release) techonology platform is a novel drug release platform, which will form a depot after subcutaneous injection and could steadily release the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) from the depot over time for several weeks to months. The products under development include ALA-1000 (a 1-month/ 3-month released buprenorphine injectable for opioid use disorder/ chronic pain), ALA-2000 (a sustained release naltrexone injectable for alcohol/ opioid use disorder), ALA-3000 (a sustained release ketamine injectable for treatment-resistant depression), ALA-4000 (a sustained release apomorphine injectable for Parkinson's disease), and ALA-5000 (a sustained release injectable for Schizophrenia).
