Characteristic
Traditionally, curing vanilla need to be washing, killing, sweating, drying, and conditioning, it may take at least 6 to 9 months to complete a process. In the processes, there are many problems may happen, like temperature, sunshine, insect pests and fungal infection. We are using experimental equipment and technology to control many conditions which may affect the aroma and fragrances of vanilla, even more making shot processed time and good quality vanilla in Taiwan.
