Characteristic

In Taiwan, effective from July 1, 2024, special-purpose cosmetics must be qualifed with the PIF signing before being sold in the market . Afterward, effective from July 1, 2025, PIF documents must be the same qualifed on baby-use products, lip-use products, eye-use products, toothpastes, mouthwashe and the like. On July 1, 2026, all the cosmetics product mentioned above must be qulified with PIF document signatures.
