The food waste recycling system differs from traditional large-scale composting facilities and household food waste machines. It does not require large storage spaces and does not produce foul odors or wastewater. Compared to typical household food waste machines that require prolonged heating and drying, our system is more energy-efficient and cleaner. Utilizing special microorganisms, our system can process 100 kilograms of raw food waste per hour, transforming it into base fertilizer that enhances soil fertility, promoting environmental protection and resource reuse.
This product is primarily marketed to government agencies, food processing plants, farms, orchards, and catering companies, especially those with central kitchens in middle and elementary schools. Currently, food waste from schools and private enterprises is typically handled by local environmental bureaus or waste collectors. In contrast, our equipment can process 100 kilograms of raw food waste and dry matter (such as branches and leaves) within one hour without any need for heating. The produced base fertilizer can be directly mixed into the soil after being sealed in a container for seven days, allowing schools to achieve food waste reduction with minimal manpower. Additionally, the base fertilizer can be used in school agricultural education projects.
In the future, if the base fertilizer cannot be entirely used, we plan to offer a buyback option, helping customers achieve zero waste and economic benefits. This system not only supports environmental protection but also promotes resource reuse, providing an efficient food waste treatment solution for schools and other large-scale food waste producers.
