Characteristic
The pressure induced by medical sprayers prompts micron holes to transform the drug into mist. Plates with micron holes are needed for such transformation. To date, several techniques are available for finishing these metal orifice plates. Laser micro-drilling is the best choice because it can create micron holes smaller than 5um.
Hortech employs laser MEMS techniques to implement micron drilling and positioning on metal plates. We help our clients mass produce sprayer plates.
