Despite the significant clinical advancements made with novel immunotherapies, the development and optimization of effective therapeutic combinations still face obstacles due to the current lack of platforms that accurately represent human physiology. Therefore, we propose the MedSelect technology. With the goal of reducing the use of experimental animals, each in vivo tumor can be transplanted onto multiple chips, allowing efficacy testing to be completed using only 10%-15% of the experimental animals typically required. Addressing the limitations of mouse models and insufficient accuracy in three-dimensional cultures, the MedSelect system integrates three-dimensional tissue culture with dynamic medium circulation technology. This integration reconstructs the dynamic molecular and cellular migration processes within the tissue microenvironment and maintains physiological molecular gradients. Moreover, MedSelect includes key innovative differentiations: (1) preserving cellular diversity and tumor heterogeneity, (2) a patented chip enabling real-time, continuous observation of drug responses in different regions, (3) effectively evaluating drug infiltration and immune activity, and (4) automated operation to enhance reproducibility.
