This product is a sterile cell carrier membrane with a surface area of approximately 10 cm x 8 cm. It is suitable for the adhesion and growth of various cell types, such as mesenchymal stem cells, fibroblasts, and keratinocytes. The membrane's composition includes a non-degradable, semi-hydrophilic fiber barrier layer, and a degradable cell attachment layer. It appears translucent in the cell culture medium, facilitating immunofluorescence staining and the observation of cell growth under a microscope. We culture MSCs on this cell carrier membrane. The adhesion and growth of MSCs are excellent. This method is used for treating burn wounds in pigs, stimulating epidermal growth, promoting wound healing, and does not adhere to the wounds.
