1. INVIVO GEL – Multifunctional Bioink
Next-generation hydrogel solution for 3D cell culture and tissue engineering
INVIVO GEL is a GelMA (gelatin methacryloyl)-based biomaterial specifically designed for regenerative medicine and 3D cell culture. It offers excellent biocompatibility and versatility and is widely used in tissue engineering applications such as cartilage, bone, and vasculature. Key features include:
Multiple functionalized versions for specific differentiation purposes:
(1) INVIVO GEL Essential: Provides a stable and supportive 3D environment that sustains high cell viability and activity over time, ideal for long-term observation and functional studies. Suitable for general 3D culture and bioprinting needs.
(2) INVIVO GEL-BMP-2: Combined with bone morphogenetic protein BMP-2 to significantly induce osteogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells, suitable for bone regeneration.
(3) INVIVO GEL-TGF-β: Integrated with TGF-β to enhance expression of Collagen II, ideal for cartilage regeneration.
(4) INVIVO GEL-VEGF: Promotes rapid migration and formation of 3D tubular structures by endothelial cells (HUVECs) in vascularization models, simulating in vivo microenvironments and aiding vascular mechanism studies.

2. HumaTein™ – Human-Derived Extracellular Matrix (ECM)
HumaTein™ is a complete extracellular matrix extracted from human-derived cells. It contains over 300 proteins and associated cytokines, and is processed without harsh chemicals to preserve its native structure and bioactivity. It provides a highly biomimetic surface for cell culture, effectively promoting the growth and proliferation of target cell types.
(1) Versatile Applications: Extensively used in cancer research, drug discovery, stem cell research, tissue engineering, skin and regenerative medicine, wound healing, organoid culture, and iPSC culture.
(2) Superior Performance: Studies show iPSCs cultured on HumaTein™ maintain gene expression profiles similar to those cultured on Matrigel.
(3) In migration and proliferation assays, HumaTein™ significantly outperforms Matrigel, especially in promoting endothelial cell migration and dermal fibroblast proliferation. In organoid culture, HumaTein™ MSC enhances the maturity and regional heterogeneity of salivary gland organoids.

3. ELAREM™ Perform-FD HPL – Heparin-Free Human Platelet Lysate
Premium Alternative: This GMP-compliant, fibrinogen-depleted (FD) human platelet lysate (HPL) is an ideal xeno-free substitute for fetal bovine serum (FBS), enabling fully xenogeneic-free cell culture.
(1) Heparin-Free: The unique formulation eliminates the need for heparin supplementation without compromising performance.
Superior Proliferation: Compared to traditional 10% FBS media, just 5% of ELAREM™ Perform-FD HPL can boost cell proliferation rates by up to 300% or more.
