The Nikon AX / AX R represents the 10th generation of point-scanning confocal systems, equipped with high-sensitivity Gallium Arsenide Phosphide (GaAsP) detectors and an ultra-high-speed resonant scanner. Designed to meet the demands of both live-cell imaging and high-throughput multi-well plate experiments, this system enables the effortless acquisition of sharp, high-resolution confocal images.
Supporting multidimensional imaging from 2D to 6D (X, Y, Z, Lambda (wavelength), Time, and Multipoint), the AX / AX R also facilitates deconvolution and fluorescence intensity analysis. Enhanced with advanced AI processing modules, customizable JOB automation tools, and capabilities for higher pixel resolution, sensitivity, and scan speed, the AX / AX R system expands the experimental scope of point-scanning confocal microscopy.
