The Microscoop® Mint is a next-generation innovative platform that integrates microscopy image analysis, AI image recognition technology, and precise optical target localization. It is the world's first tool capable of accurately capturing proteomes from cellular microstructures. This technology allows for the precise collection of proteomes from subcellular structures or specific regions, enhancing mass spectrometry analysis to the subcellular level, thus enabling more accurate targeting and identification of proteins in your research.
Key Features of Microscoop® Mint:
1. No need for antibodies or specific probes during the capture process
Suitable for a variety of cell and tissue staining samples (e.g., Immunofluorescence staining, Dye staining, Fluorescent protein tagging).
2. Capture and analyze proteomes from cellular microstructures
Using two-photon laser-guided technology, the laser precisely targets subcellular regions of interest, triggering a photocatalytic reaction. This allows a photosensitive biotin probe to bind to proteins, effectively labeling the proteins in the irradiated area. Subsequently, tissues or cells can be lysed, and biotin-labeled proteins can be captured and purified using Streptavidin magnetic beads.
3. High precision of AI image recognition and photolabeling
The photolabeling laser delivers pinpoint precision, achieving marking resolutions of up to 240 nm in the XY axis and 1 µm in the Z axis.
4. Fully automated high-throughput AI-controlled system
The photolabeling process requires no manual monitoring, enabling fast experimental throughput. From sample preparation to mass spectrometry analysis, the entire process takes only 10 days.
