This technology primarily utilizes a single mushroom extract that has been demonstrated through animal studies to effectively treat renal fibrosis resulting from both acute and chronic kidney inflammation. It possesses a range of complex anti-inflammatory active compounds. Further animal studies have shown its efficacy in ameliorating atopic dermatitis and gastric ulcers. Human consumption has also indicated its potential to alleviate symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome with constipation and urinary tract inflammation.
The research findings derived from this technology have been published in two international journals (2023 and 2024 SCI papers, with Impact Factors of 6.2 and 4.9, respectively). Furthermore, it has secured a Republic of China (ROC) invention patent for kidney protection efficacy (Invention Patent No. I 857258) and an ROC utility model patent for an extraction device used to extract brown-strain Flammulina velutipes components (Utility Model No. M 647742). Health supplements derived from this technology have received a three-star certification as an "Auxiliary Physiological Nutrition Product" from the Taiwan Association of Complementary Medicine in 2025
