(1) Through SUspension-cells Protein Expression with Rice (SUPER), we are capable of mass and rapid produce recombinant humanized proteins. The SUPER can express large proteins that bacteria fails to express. Moreover, there is no risk of endotoxin nor animal-source pathogens during production and purification with SUPER. The humanized biomaterials produced by SUPER have better feature in biosafety and bioactivity and are suitable for application in medical devices and regenerative medicine as well.
(2) The revolutionary gene editing technology, like the “Delete” and “Insert” function of word processing, allows scientists to precisely modify genes of microorganisms, plants, and animals. Comparing with the current gene editing technology, the LS-gene editing developed by GEcoll can manipulate 10 to 20 times or even larger size of gene fragments. GEcoll’s innovation accelerates the development of gene-editing organisms as well as macromolecular protein production.
