Wendy (WEN-LING LU), the Chairman of the WIL Charity Association, has always had a warm heart since childhood. In addition to managing her own businesses, she actively participates in charity activities.

As a registered pharmacist, Wendy keeps a close eye on pharmaceutical news and hopes to provide the public with guaranteed products by using her professional knowledge to ensure the quality of raw materials. She also aims to assist domestic pharmaceutical companies in finding the best raw materials through the information on the internet. Recently, after the easing of the pandemic, she personally traveled abroad to explore new sources of raw pharmaceutical materials.

In addition to business development, Wendy has also been committed to social welfare for a long time and founded the WIL Charity Association at the end of 2021. After the establishment of the charity association, various charity activities are held aperiodically or participated in, with the hope of giving back to society and helping more people.

On March 28, 2023, Wendy led the WIL Charity Association to hold the "DIY blending essential oils " event at Ma Ming Elementary School. The purpose of the event was to "bridge the urban-rural gap by organizing diverse courses so that children can learn knowledge and create their own DIY essential oils during the activities." Wendy has conducted in-depth research on natural essential oils in the past, and for this event, she has visited many countries to select and introduce high-quality, everyday use natural essential oil products. Pure natural essential oils can effectively improve physical and mental health, and in this event, children were able to experience and make their own essential oil blends with their hands, which was safe to use.

After the event, the children wrote heartfelt messages of gratitude to Wendy, filled with warmth and innocence, which deeply touched her.

The dreams of children, no matter how fanciful, are a driving force that motivates them to strive for excellence. The Dajia Wenchang Elementary School handball team, which has been established for three years, has performed well this year and will represent Taiwan in the "2023 Slovenia-Irula Handball Age Group Championship" held in Europe in July. However, the cost of overseas competitions is a heavy burden for the children from low- to middle-income families. When Wendy learned about this, she did not hesitate to provide assistance, sponsoring the team's travel expenses and cheering for the children to pursue their dreams.

Showing care for everyone around, illuminating the world with love, and making this world a better place" has always been Wendy's original intension. Since founding her company and charity association, she has never changed this goal, and in the future, she will continue to help more people with this mission.
