Group Visit
Event Description
To provide groups of 30 or more with a faster and more convenient visiting experience, the organizer explicitly provides group visit services for industry professionals, academic institutions, etc. We aim to help you quickly find the booths you're looking for among the 2,200 booths and enjoy the best expo experience!
※ Applications can be made for groups of 30 people or more. Groups with fewer than 30 people are not eligible for group visits.

From now until 12:00 PM (Taiwan Time, UTC+8) on June 26, 2026
Visitor Information
Applications are limited to groups of 30 or more, and all group members must enter the venue together as a group.
Each participant is required to complete individual pre-registration before the exhibition. On-site, only fast-track entry service will be provided.
※ Groups with fewer than 10 people or individuals must complete pre-registration for individual visits, and entry to the venue will be via QR Code.

Step 1.
Fill out the registration formPlease make sure to complete the registration form. (Please click the button below).

Step 2.
Confirm registration informationAfter receiving your registration form, the organizer will contact you within 3–5 working days. Please pay attention to incoming emails or phone calls. If you do not receive any email or call, please feel free to contact us proactively.

Step 3.
Confirm your confirmation email inboxAfter confirming the information, the organizer will send a confirmation email. Please check your inbox. If you do not receive it, please get in touch with us.

Step 4.
Provide the email address of each participantAfter successful registration, the organizer will send the group contact person a confirmation email. The group contact person is responsible for replying to the email and providing the email addresses of each participant. The organizer will email all group members; please complete the registration individually.

Step 5.
Check-in during the exhibition periodThe group contact person should bring one business card and a confirmation email. Please arrive at the “VIP Check-in” assembly. We will help you enter the expo.

Notes
- Please submit the group visit application before 12:00 PM (Taiwan Time, UTC+8) on June 26, 2026.
- (*)indicates a required field. Please double-check the form before submission to ensure it is complete. Only complete forms will be processed.
- After successful registration, the organizer will send the group contact person a confirmation email. The group contact person is responsible for replying to the email and providing the email addresses of each participant. The organizer will email all group members; please complete the registration individually.
- Each exhibitor provides the themes and related content of the group visit, with support from the organizer to promote information. The group visit will be conducted at each exhibitor's booth. If you want to learn more, you may contact the exhibitors directly.
- If you want to cancel, please notify us by phone at least three days before the visit.
- The group contact person must bring one business card and the confirmation email to the "VIP Check-in." After the staff verifies the group's visiting qualification and provides the badges, each visitor can enter the show with their badges. Each badge is strictly for individual use and should not be transferred to others.
- Please lead the group directly to the booths you want to visit as you wish.
