The company will be exhibiting in the Pharmaceutical & Packaging Equipment Zone at booth L1010. This year’s exhibition will focus on high-value biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. In collaboration with renowned Japanese manufacturers, Unireal will showcase advanced processing equipment that helps businesses improve product quality and production efficiency.

Showcasing Three Leading Japanese Brands for High-Efficiency Processing Solutions

Unireal will feature three major Japanese equipment brands: Okawara Mfg. Co., Ltd., Nisshin Engineering Inc., and Nishimura Machine Works Co., Ltd. The exhibits will cover key processing areas in the biotech industry, including concentration, drying, pulverization, classification, and raw material treatment for fermentation. The showcased solutions aim to deliver high stability, precision, and integration to support automated, high-efficiency, and high-quality production.

Highlight Exhibit – Vacuum Evaporator from Okawara

The centerpiece of the exhibition is the Centrifugal Thin Film Vacuum Evaporator from Okawara, which is widely used for concentration processes in pharmaceuticals, health foods, and functional ingredients. Known for its high performance and operational stability, the evaporator plays a vital role in optimizing biotech manufacturing processes.

In addition to the evaporator, Unireal will also present technical information on Okawara’s other systems, including powder and liquid sterilizers, drying equipment, and wet-type ultra-high pressure micronization systems.

Supporting Solutions from Nisshin and Nishimura

Nisshin Engineering will present precision powder handling solutions, including micro powder feeders, air jet mills, and nano-class classifiers—ideal for strict particle size control in pharmaceutical and food applications.
Nishimura Machine Works will feature ultra-fine air jet mills, wet-type rice flour mills, and high-precision classifiers, offering fine powder processing technologies particularly suited for gluten-free and premium food products.

On-site Equipment Display and Technical Consultation with Okawara Engineers

During the exhibition, Unireal will arrange professional technical consultants to provide on-site guidance. To enhance technical exchange, representatives from Okawara Mfg. will be present on-site on July 24–25, offering in-depth product demonstrations and application consultations. Visitors are welcome to schedule appointments in advance for one-on-one meetings with the Okawara team.
