Gwo Xi Stem Cell (TPEx: 6704) is committed to developing stem cell medicines that have the potential to help patients with unmet medical needs.
Our production platform fully complies with medical regulations (Good Tissue Practice, GTP) in Taiwan. This platform has produced four new stem cell drugs now in clinical trials. Among them, GXNPC1 (Chronic Stroke) and GXCPC1 (Osteoarthritis) are advancing to Phase III trials, using autologous and allogeneic ADSCs, respectively. With the implementation of the “Regenerative Medicinal Acts” in Taiwan this year, the commercialization of these new stem cell drugs will be significantly accelerated. Furthermore, GWOXI has established clinical-grade cell lines that comply with USFDA DMF, offering solutions to expedite productization for both industry and academia. Moreover, based on our stem cell technology, we also provide CDMO services for MSC-EXOSOME products.
We are establishing a PIC/S GMP-grade stem cell preparation factory to bring stem cell-based medicinal products into practice and progressively scale up our production line.
