This technology integrates magnetically controlled microrobots with microfluidic chips to establish a non-contact Zebrafish sperm activation and analysis system. By using programmable magnetic fields to drive microrobots and generate controllable shear flow fields, the sperm activation rate after cryopreservation and thawing can be increased from approximately 50% to over 90%, while sperm motility parameters can be obtained in real time as feedback. The system further combines AI and optimization algorithms to automatically plan microrobot control strategies, achieving intelligent
regulation.
