SVHM Research Directorate oversees ethics and governance for over 1,000 medical research projects, spanning Phase 1 to 4 clinical studies across all adult clinical specialties, including drugs, devices, diagnostics, and digital health solutions.

SVHM Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) is fully credentialed to conduct IRB/HREC reviews for sites across Australia. The committee meets biweekly, offering a fast turnaround with responses provided within two business days following meetings.
