Global Phase 3 Study – Advancing Antroquinonol as First Line Therapy for Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

Golden Biotech is currently developing Antroquinonol as First Line Therapy for Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer. This is a follow-up to the completed Phase 2 Study where Antroquinonol demonstrated a significant Median Overall Survival of 14.1 months versus 8.5 months for Standard of Care (Nab-Paclitaxel + Gemcitabine)

Antroquinonol is a novel small molecule NCE (New Chemical Entity) with a convenient Oral administration dosage. Golden Biotech have completed multiple Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical studies targeting high unmet medical needs in Oncology where current therapies have limited efficacy and high toxicity.

Antroquinonol demonstrates an excellent safety profile with significantly reduced hematologic adverse events (neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, leukopenia) compared to standard-of-care treatments, an oral formulation with low drug-drug interaction potential, and strong combination-friendliness with paclitaxel, platinum-based chemotherapy, and immunotherapies.

The Global Phase 3 Study will be conducted in the US and other selected Territories. Golden Biotech have also completed the Phase 3 submission to the US FDA for the Clinical Trial Protocol.
