iEarLM is an AI and Augmented Reality (AR)-based intelligent medical assistance system for middle and outer ear lesion recognition and clinical report generation. The system integrates a digital otoscope, AR smart glasses, and an edge computing platform with AI image analysis technology. During examination, eardrum images are captured and analyzed in real time to identify lesion locations and contours. Results are simultaneously displayed on the system interface and AR smart glasses, allowing physicians to view both the eardrum image and AI analysis within their field of vision without shifting attention to external monitors. This improves diagnostic efficiency, supports clinical decision-making, and enables automated generation of diagnostic reports, enhancing the quality and consistency of ear disease assessment.
