The aWLife Water Activity Meter is an essential tool for quality control of products and ingredients in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. The dew point sensor block with a front-opening design makes sample insertion and cleaning easy; it is equipped with a fan to evenly distribute headspace, and a high-seal chamber with a gasket ensures minimal environmental interference.
