PLT-AE represents a further advancement of Spirit Scientific's Bio-Material Lyophilized Technology (BMLT®). This service involves the purification of exosomes released from autologous high-concentration platelets, which are then processed into a stable lyophilized powder. Each vial of PLT-AE contains a precisely quantified amount of platelet-derived exosomes processed through our lyophilization method, with a growth factor concentration report also provided for each finished product. This ensures personalized and precise treatment.
The preparation of PLT-AE is conducted in our aseptic cleanroom laboratories. The entire process strictly adheres to the latest international MISEV2023 guidelines for exosomes, meticulously controlling the exosome count, size, characteristics, and purity. Furthermore, the final product undergoes gamma-ray sterilization to ensure its utmost safety.
