Characteristic
Current nanocarrier manufacturing methods face major limitations. Conventional thin-film hydration relies on organic solvents, high-pressure homogenization can introduce instability through intense mechanical stress, and even solvent-free methods such as Mozafari still require temperatures of 70°C or higher. Our proprietary green phase-transition technology overcomes these barriers. Using a high-purity phospholipid formulation, it triggers compositional phase transition under gentle stirring at room temperature, enabling the formation of nanoscale drug-loaded materials without heat or toxic solvents. The platform supports co-encapsulation of both hydrophilic and lipophilic actives. With particle sizes below 100 nm and compatibility with topical excipients, it enhances stratum corneum hydration and significantly improves transdermal delivery efficiency. By eliminating harsh processing conditions, this technology helps preserve the stability and bioactivity of encapsulated drugs and botanical extracts. This scalable platform opens the door to a new generation of high-value products, including nano-astaxanthin, nano botanical extracts, and transdermal vitamins—delivering localized therapy, sustained release, and precision healthcare applications.
