WINMAP™ is a proprietary microneedle platform self-developed by WCC through years of dedicated research and development. Its core strength lies in enabling the incorporation of various active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) into microneedles for a wide range of applications—including cosmetics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and vaccines.
The platform is built on four integrated modules that work together as a complete development and manufacturing system. M²DB (Microneedle Material Database) provides a curated library of biocompatible materials and formulation data to accelerate early-stage development. PD²F (Penetration / Dissolving / Diffusion / Function) governs how the microneedle interacts with the skin—ensuring predictable drug release profiles tailored to each application. PLC (Precision Loading & Coating) controls the exact drug load applied to each needle tip, delivering consistent dosing across every patch. AMASS (Automatic Mass Production System) ties it all together at scale, enabling high-throughput manufacturing with minimal human intervention.
As an end-to-end solution, WINMAP™ supports three microneedle formats — coating-type, dissolving-type, and hydrogel-type — giving partners the flexibility to select the most suitable delivery mechanism for their target indication and drug profile. Our current production capacity stands at 10 million patches per year, with a maximum designed capacity exceeding 30 million patches per year. Combined with AI-assisted process monitoring, the platform maintains a consistent yield rate of 95%.
