Octet / BLI (Bio-Layer Interferometry) uses fiber optic biosensors to detect changes in the thickness of the optical layer of the sensor during molecular binding and dissociation in real time, and displays it as a real-time displacement (nm) of the interference spectrum, and obtains the binding constant through analysis, dissociation constant, affinity and other data.

AlpalifeBio uses Octet technology (Gator BLI) to provide customers with fast and accurate affinity determination services. Compared with other interactive analysis techniques, such as ELISA, co-immunoprecipitation, and yeast two-hybridization, it is real-time and label-free.
