Our Solidlab 2 Plus has been designed for exactly this purpose, allowing you to easily execute Design of Experiments (DoE) and scale-up. It enables you to achieve high-quality granules and a homogenous pellet coating with significantly reduced process times. You can use a fluid bed or drum coater process module, which shares a common air handling. The fluid bed with its high-performance bottom spray system handles batch sizes from 0.25 to 12 kg.
