This technology integrates a microfluidic chip, RT-LAMP isothermal nucleic acid amplification, and ICT lateral flow test strip to create a fully automated POCT detection platform. Core features include a unique RT-LAMP formulation, triplex-forming oligonucleotide (TFO) probes, and microfluidic chip design. It enables rapid and accurate detection of Pan-EV and EV71 RNA in throat swab samples. Compared to time-consuming RT-PCR requiring expensive equipment and low-sensitivity IgM rapid tests, this platform is simple to operate and ideal for primary clinics, remote areas, and emergency triage.
