Multimode Detection for Broad Applications
The Feyond-M Series supports multiple detection modes, including absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence, time-resolved fluorescence, and fluorescence polarization. It is ideal for routine ELISA assays, nucleic acid and protein quantification, cell viability assays, fluorescence-based detection, luminescence assays, and advanced research applications.
High-Precision Absorbance Detection
The absorbance detection system uses a xenon lamp light source and provides a wavelength range of 190-1000 nm with 1 nm step selection. With a wavelength accuracy of 2 nm, wavelength repeatability of 0.2 nm SD, and a resolution of 0.0001 OD, the instrument delivers accurate and stable absorbance measurements.
Fast Plate Reading for Improved Efficiency
In absorbance mode, the Feyond-M Series can read a 96-well plate in less than 15 seconds in fast mode, helping laboratories reduce assay time and improve throughput for routine testing and high-volume sample analysis.
Sensitive Fluorescence Detection
Fluorescence detection is performed by top reading with a xenon lamp excitation source and PMT detector. The excitation wavelength range is 200-1000 nm, and the emission wavelength range is 270-850 nm. With a dynamic range of 6 logs, the system provides reliable performance for fluorescence-based assays.
High-Sensitivity Luminescence Detection
The luminescence detection system uses a PMT detector and is suitable for high-sensitivity luminescence assays. It provides a detection limit of ≤25 amol/well, a linear dynamic range of 6 logs, and low crosstalk of ≤0.005%, supporting accurate detection of low-signal samples.
Supports TRF and Fluorescence Polarization
In addition to absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence detection, the Feyond-M Series also supports time-resolved fluorescence and fluorescence polarization. These advanced modes are suitable for drug screening, binding assays, molecular interaction studies, and specialized fluorescence applications.
