Taipei Bioinnovation Park is Taiwan's first Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) development project exclusively dedicated to the biotechnology industry. Invested and constructed by Shikang Development Co., Ltd., the park officially opened in 2023. Spanning over 1.5 hectares, it features a world-class biotech building with 17 above-ground floors and 3 underground levels, offering a total floor area of nearly 28,000 ping (approx. 92,500 square meters).
