The Xcellerex™ X-platform bioreactor is a single-use system engineered for high-cell-density cultures. The advanced bioreactor bag is designed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modeling to achieve a high oxygen transfer rate (KLa > 45 h⁻¹) while minimizing shear stress. The X-platform operates on the Figurate™ automation framework with PlantPAx™ control system, offering flexible process control for both perfusion and fed-batch applications—meeting a wide range of upstream process requirements.
