Characteristic

 

Celloger Stack is an automated multi-layer vessel monitoring system designed for use inside standard CO₂ incubators. The system enables real-time live-cell imaging during culture and supports observation of up to 10-layer vessels, making it suitable for large-scale cell culture and cell process development.

Equipped with a motorized XYZ camera stage and multi-position scanning, Celloger Stack automatically captures images at defined intervals to support time-lapse imaging, growth tracking, and optimal harvest timing.

The system features confluency analysis, autofocus, image stitching, and growth curve functions to improve consistency and reproducibility in large-scale cell culture workflows.

Cell observation can be performed directly inside the incubator, minimizing sample movement and contamination risk. Interchangeable holders also allow compatibility with various multi-layer vessels for applications in cell therapy, regenerative medicine, CDMO process development, and cell-based assays.
