M++ UltraPilot Platform is an ultimate process intensification and tech transfer tool geared towards cGMP production. M++ features single or multiple multi-functional flow handling units on same industrial DCS control network. Each unit on the platform is ready for running Chromatography, Inline dilution (ID), TFF filtration, NFF filtration, SSTFF/SPTFF as well as process intensification (PI) such as multi-column continuous chromatography and connected batches of multiple chromatography and filtration steps without surge tanks. PI strategy can easily be set up and run on M++. Fast Proof of Concept (POC) and Tech Transfer can be achieved at benchtop scale. M++ UltraPilot TT Platform interfaces with enterprise recipe management (ERM/MES) and process knowledge management (PKM) with its DCS control and common data framework effectively supporting process scaleup, tech transfer, and CMC submission.
