The BelloStage™ 3000/7000 integrated with the BelloCell™ high-density culture system provides an automated dynamic cell culture solution designed to operate inside a standard CO₂ incubator, enabling scalable and reproducible high-yield cell production.
Based on the proprietary “Tide Motion” culture principle, the system precisely controls medium level fluctuations and gas exchange cycles, allowing cells to alternate between submerged and aerated conditions. This dynamic environment significantly enhances oxygen transfer and nutrient exchange while minimizing shear stress, overcoming key limitations of conventional static or roller-bottle systems.
BelloStage™ 3000 supports stable intermittent operation for multiple BelloCell vessels simultaneously, while BelloStage™ 7000 enables continuous perfusion culture when combined with an external feeding system (BelloFeeder), making it suitable for long-term and process-intensive production workflows.
The BelloCell™ culture bottle utilizes BioNOC II high-surface-area porous carriers, providing an extensive attachment surface that supports ultra-high cell density growth up to 10⁹ cells per bottle. It is widely applied in recombinant protein production, antibody manufacturing, viral vector preparation, and advanced cell-based research.
