Characteristic

 

PR10 Touchscreen Recorder features a 4.3-inch TFT LCD touch screen and supports up to 6 analog input channels. Multiple I/O card options, including RO and AO modules, provide flexible configuration capabilities. External channels can also be added through Modbus communication to integrate data from external devices, making PR10 suitable for biotechnology laboratories, environmental monitoring, and precision monitoring applications.

When paired with the AI306 high-precision analog input card, PR10 delivers thermocouple measurement accuracy of up to ±0.6°C, meeting AMS2750H aerospace heat treatment requirements. RTD and linear signal inputs are also supported for applications requiring higher measurement precision. PR10 V2.0 supports multiple sensor types to meet diverse monitoring requirements.

For monitoring and data management, PR10 V2.0 supports Modbus RTU and TCP/IP communication protocols, enabling data transmission to computers and external systems. Optional DAQ software allows users to remotely access real-time measurement data over a network.

The free Historical Viewer software enables historical data review and analysis on a PC. Data can be transferred via SD card, USB storage, or network connection, improving management efficiency and supporting data traceability.
