Through the XHLogger App, users can view real-time data, download historical reports, receive temperature and humidity alarm notifications, and share devices with other users for joint monitoring. In addition to the mobile app, the XH13 also supports a Cloud Portal. Users can log in through a computer browser to centrally view the status and monitoring data of multiple XH13 devices. Wi-Fi Data Logger: The Ideal Solution for Refrigeration Monitoring
BrainChild Electronics introduces the new XH Logger Series, a line of recording products designed for easier and more flexible data logging. Compared with traditional industrial paperless recorders, XH Logger is simpler to operate. With the DLV Data Logger Viewer PC software, users can configure parameters, download data, and organize records from both XH10 and XH12 devices.
The XH12 Wi-Fi Data Logger uses stable 2.4G Wi-Fi communication to transmit measurement data to the DLV software. Through the DLV interface, users can monitor the real-time status of multiple XH12 units at the same time. This makes it especially suitable for temperature-controlled warehouses, freezers, refrigerators, and cold chain monitoring applications.
Unlike the XH10, which has built-in sensors inside the device body, the XH12 uses an external sensor cable design. The sensing end can be placed inside a refrigerator, cold storage cabinet, or insulated container, while the main unit remains outside the enclosure. This helps maintain a stable Wi-Fi signal and allows users to read temperature and humidity values directly from the device. For refrigerators with non-transparent doors, this design can reduce the need to open and close the door frequently just to check readings, helping lower the risk of temperature fluctuations.
The XH12 sensor cable uses a flat cable design, which helps maintain the sealing performance of containers or refrigerator doors. It reduces gaps caused by the cable and helps minimize the impact of the external environment on the internal temperature.
To address possible instability in wireless communication, the XH12 is also designed with data retransmission as a key feature. When Wi-Fi transmission becomes abnormal or temporarily disconnects, the XH12 first stores any data that has not been successfully sent in its local memory and continues trying to resend it. If repeated attempts still fail, the system automatically enters a power-saving mode, extending the Wi-Fi search interval while continuing to record data. This helps ensure the completeness of monitoring records.
With real-time monitoring, an external sensor design, and a data retransmission mechanism, the XH12 provides a more convenient and reliable wireless data logging solution for refrigeration, freezing, and temperature-controlled storage management.
