NanoPick 2000 is a high-throughput standalone single-cell picking platform designed for large-scale live-cell scanning, automated target cell selection, and advanced sample handling. The system supports a dual-plate sample holder, automated micropipette exchange, incubation option, sterile flow option, and optional laser microdissection for isolating selected regions or single cells from tissue sections. NanoPick 2000 is suitable for laboratories requiring high-throughput, long-duration, or highly automated single-cell manipulation workflows.
NanoPick 1000 is CellSorter’s compact desktop fully automated single-cell picking system. It combines Piezo Head piezoelectric micropipette technology, high-resolution microscopy, and computer vision to automatically recognize and isolate target single cells from suspension samples or high-density cell cultures. With its small footprint, fully automated operation, and high-precision liquid handling capability, NanoPick 1000 is designed for laboratories that need to introduce single-cell isolation workflows without extensive expertise in microscopy or microfluidics. The system supports both unlabeled and fluorescent cell recognition and can deposit viable single cells into PCR tubes, PCR strips, or 96-well PCR plates for downstream single-cell genomic, transcriptomic, or molecular analysis workflows.
