The Pharmaceutical Environmental Monitoring System from Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) is a complete contamination monitoring solution designed for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and aseptic manufacturing environments. With a modular and turnkey architecture, the system can be flexibly configured based on cleanroom classifications, process requirements, and budget, helping customers monitor viable and non-viable contamination while ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.

The PMS system integrates a wide range of sensors and monitoring devices, including Airnet® II and IsoAir® Pro remote particle counters for real-time non-viable particle monitoring, as well as BioCapt® microbial impactors and MiniCapt® Pro remote microbial samplers for continuous viable monitoring. Additional analog sensors such as temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and airflow velocity can also be integrated for comprehensive cleanroom monitoring.

For data and process management, the system combines FacilityPro® hardware controllers with PharmaceuticalNet™ Pro software, providing centralized data collection, trending analysis, alarm notifications, reporting, and batch management. The solution is designed to comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and EU GMP Annex 1 data integrity requirements, helping accelerate batch release and reduce manual errors.
