The MiniCapt® Mobile Microbial Air Sampler from Particle Measuring Systems is a lightweight and innovative solution designed for microbial air sampling in cleanrooms and controlled environments. It is ideal for classification, routine monitoring, and contamination control in aseptic manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.

MiniCapt® Mobile is available in 25, 50, and 100 LPM flow rate models, making it suitable for applications ranging from standard clean areas to critical environments such as ISO Class 5 and GMP Grade A. It uses the BioCapt® Impactor Head, featuring 20 precision-cut radial slits that create laminar airflow for optimal microorganism recovery and easier false-positive identification. The system complies with ISO 14698-1 for accurate and reliable sampling.

The housing and touchscreen feature antibacterial properties, reducing the risk of contamination introduced by the device itself. A built-in HEPA-filtered exhaust prevents environmental contamination of critical control points during operation. The impactor head is made of autoclavable 316L stainless steel, making it suitable for aseptic environments.

With integration to DataAnalyst® software, MiniCapt® Mobile supports a complete paperless workflow, including sample configuration, microbial count management, data analysis, and reporting. All exported files are uneditable, supporting data integrity and regulatory compliance. Its intuitive touchscreen interface and pre-configured recipes help minimize operator errors.

The MiniCapt® Mobile supports versatile applications such as isolator monitoring, compressed gas sampling, remote sampling, and handheld operation, and can be used with BioCapt® Single-Use units, making it a flexible and reliable solution for microbial monitoring in critical environments.
