The internal pusher structure of the boxing machine, adopts the rear cam and pusher structure to push the holder and the manual into the box, the pusher only enters the box 5mm through the guide device, to prevent the box damage, The structure and the timing belt linked by the same shaft, the size of the chain wheel is the same, improves the overall synchronization and stability of the boxing process;

When the product is not pushed into the box, the unsuccessful packaged box and product will trigger the switch shown in the figure during the subsequent movement, causing the device to alarm and stop, protecting the product and the device;
Fluorescence detection device detects the instructions, ultraviolet light-emitting photosensitive fiber, through the ultraviolet light, the box containing instructions will emit light and be detected, to achieve instruction detection;

The waste products detected by the sensor (no instructions, empty box, no support) are removed by a cylinder and a swing rod. There are two optical fibers to make statistics on waste products and qualified products, which plays an effective role in production management, and enable customers can clear the operation of the equipment in the control room.
